OUR STORY

Welcome to Project S.T.O.R.Y (Supporting Talents of Rising Youth), we are a small, all-volunteer organization dedicated to empowering and assisting youth from diverse backgrounds in Concord, NH. Founded in November of 2020 by our Director Charm Emiko, our organization aims to break down barriers, build up tomorrow's leaders, and provide social support to young individuals. Through our leadership training, education, advocacy, and holistic programming, we strive to unlock the potential within each child, enabling them to thrive and achieve their dreams.

At Project S.T.O.R.Y, we understand the unique challenges faced by families from other countries and diverse communities. Cultural and language barriers, transportation limitations, and financial constraints often hinder access to education, sports, and other opportunities. We work to bridge these gaps, offering comprehensive support resources and a safe space for children to grow.

Currently, we serve over 100 young people ranging from ages 6 to 21.  As we move forward, our goal is to create a sustainable future for every Project STORY child. We envision a community where these remarkable children, who have grown with us, return as leaders, mentors, and change-makers.

Part of that vision is to become a thriving New Hampshire non-profit (501c3).  Our current status is as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) with full liability insurance, but we operate as a volunteer-run non-profit.  Becoming a 501c3 organization involves overcoming numerous barriers, including extensive legal paperwork, board creation and management, and significant filing costs. We are deeply grateful to community members who are actively helping us navigate the path to 501c3 status!  If you would like to help, please contact projectstorynh@gmail.com.

Join us on this incredible journey of empowerment and support. Together, we can make a lasting impact, unleashing the potential of every child, one story at a time.

Unleashing the potential of every child, one STORY at a time.

Project STORY has helped me with everything I have done so far with soccer and school and supplies me with things I need for the future like all of the classes Charm does and it’s a step to help us in the future with whatever we need.
